THT Conservation Grant
Funds Indian conservation organisations working on lesser-known species and critical habitats.
The THT Conservation Grant is administered over three years and awarded to two shortlisted applications, selected through first-level screening, field-level verification of the proposed project site, a sub-jury review and a final in-person Jury Round in front of eminent conservationists. Applications are submitted through THT's own grants portal, but the 2026 window is now closed.
The grant backs conservation organisations and individuals working to protect India's native plant and animal species and their natural habitats, giving priority to lesser-known species and neglected habitats. It aims to support holistic, innovative and replicable conservation projects.
