Call for R&DI Funding Proposals
Funds researchers and institutions up to ₹25 lakhs for autonomous-navigation R&D projects.
TiHAN funds a 12-month research and development project of up to ₹25 lakhs for proposals with clear commercialization potential. Applicants — faculty, scientists, registered scientific societies, or government R&D&I organizations — submit a single PDF proposal in the Annexure A format together with an Annexure B endorsement letter signed by their institution's head.
TiHAN funds R&D&I in autonomous navigation and data-acquisition systems for ground, aerial and water-surface vehicles, spanning applications like agriculture, defence, disaster management, infrastructure and environmental monitoring. It also covers underlying technology such as AI/ML, robotics, edge computing, advanced materials, eVTOL platforms, and standards or regulatory roadmap studies.
