The Commission funds Standard Action Projects that strengthen how EU and national actors govern, monitor and report on climate action. Eligible areas span awareness campaigns and the European Climate Pact, green skills and capacity building, fluorinated-gas awareness for installers and distributors, support for national and local climate/energy strategies, sustainable-finance implementation, greenhouse-gas monitoring and reporting, LULUCF inventories and carbon-removal registries, and Emissions Trading System capacity building.
