Applicants submit a Standard Application Form (LIFE TA PP) through the Portal by the single-stage deadline. The topic carries a modest indicative EUR 300,000 2026 budget for this preparatory work, separate from the actual SIP implementation funding.
The Commission funds technical assistance to prepare a proposal for a Strategic Integrated Project (SIP) under the Circular Economy and Quality of Life sub-programme, in the areas of circular economy, waste, water and air — the groundwork behind implementing an existing regional or national plan or strategy covering one of those themes. It wants proposals at a large territorial scale, with all concerned stakeholders involved and a coordination mechanism for the wider funding needed to implement the plan.
