Quantum Dice Use Case Challenge
Pays up to £5,000 to teams solving real-world problems with probabilistic computing.
The challenge runs in five phases: registration, an intro day where problems are released, a three-stage development period with elimination assessments, final submission, and judging. Cash prizes go to the top three teams, plus a six-month research collaboration, access to Quantum Dice's probabilistic computing hardware and software, and a shortlisting for the company's 2027 summer internship.
Quantum Dice invites innovators, no student status required, to explore probabilistic computing by tackling real-world optimization problems, from portfolio risk to power-grid scheduling to AI information retrieval. Teams of one to three people pick a use case from Quantum Dice's list and build a solution over an eight-week development period.
