The Arm Silicon Startups Contest is open worldwide to early-stage teams designing a system-on-chip using Arm processor IP, provided the company has raised no more than $20 million in total funding and earns no more than $1 million in annual revenue. It runs annually as a partnership between Silicon Catalyst, the global semiconductor incubator, and chip IP provider Arm.
