The Top 100 is chosen by the Slush team itself from company profiles and pitch decks on the Slush Platform, then narrowed to a Top 20 by one-minute video pitches. From that point, a curated jury of top investors takes over, choosing the semifinalists, finalists and the eventual winner. Making the Top 20 comes with more than a bigger stage: those startups get accommodation alongside other hand-pick

Looks for startups founded in 2023 or later that have raised less than €10 million and are at Seed stage or earlier, a bar they must still clear through the November finals. No specific industry or sector is required.
