Farming Innovation Programme — Full ADOPT Application Support
Pays English farmers to hire help writing a Full ADOPT grant application.
Grants of £2,500 pay to engage an external Project Facilitator who helps develop a Full ADOPT Grant application — this funding is for application development itself, not the underlying trial. Up to £100,000 total has been allocated to the scheme. Only single applicants, including sole traders, may apply, and they must be established businesses.
The scheme wants active farming, growing or forestry businesses in England planning on-farm trials or experiments that test new or emerging agriculture, horticulture or agri-forestry solutions. Projects must address a clear on-farm or near-farmgate challenge, aim to boost productivity, sustainability or resilience (including net zero practices), and show relevance to others in the sector under real-world conditions.
