Support for farmers, growers and foresters to develop a Full ADOPT Grant application.
This grant supports farmers, growers and foresters based in England to engage an external Project Facilitator to develop and submit a Full ADOPT Grant application.
The intended Full ADOPT Grant project must be an on-farm trial or experiment testing new ideas and solutions in real on-farm conditions. It must address major on-farm or immediate post farmgate challenges or opportunities.

The Full ADOPT Grant project must be for an on-farm trial or experiment to test new ideas and solutions. It must address a significant industry challenge or opportunity in agriculture, horticulture or agro-forestry, with potential to significantly improve productivity, resilience, or sustainability and progression towards net zero farming. Projects must benefit farmers, growers or foresters in England and focus on ideas or solutions that are new or not yet widely used. Funded crop variety plot trials, existing demonstration trials or projects, medicinal or pharmaceutical crops or plants, cultivated meat, equine systems, wild caught fisheries, aquaculture for human consumption, and fermentation systems for bacteria, yeast or fungi for human consumption are not funded.
