The Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program (TBCP) pays for two things: building out broadband service on Tribal land, and running programs that help people use it once it is there — remote learning, telework, or telehealth. This particular notice covers funds left over from the program Congress created in 2021 and later topped up, not a brand-new pool of money.
