Funds research teams spanning at least two EPSCoR states or territories, on a shared problem neither could tackle as well alone.
This is EPSCoR's collaboration programme, formerly known as Track-2. NSF is required to promote scientific progress nationwide, and EPSCoR is how it builds research capacity in the jurisdictions that historically receive least.
