The Snowflake Startup Accelerator is a selective, virtual programme run by Snowflake Inc. to support a small, carefully chosen cohort of startups building customer-facing applications on Snowflake's AI Data Cloud platform. The programme runs on a rolling admissions basis with no fixed cohort dates; most participants graduate within three months, though the programme extends up to six months. Snowflake has announced an investment commitment of up to $200 million directed toward companies innovating on its AI Data Cloud, of which the accelerator is a primary channel.

Participants receive dedicated Partner Engineers who support application development from design to launch, co-marketing opportunities with Snowflake, introductions to Snowflake's enterprise sales team, access to Snowflake platform credits, and invitations to VC Demo Days with top-tier investors including Snowflake Ventures, Redpoint, and Altimeter. The $200 million investment pool is provided as equity investment, not non-dilutive cash; founders should expect dilutive terms if equity is taken alongside programme benefits.

Eligibility is limited to for-profit startups developing data, AI, or analytics applications intended to drive measurable value for Snowflake customers. There are no geographic restrictions. Applicants are evaluated on their application's potential to deliver customer value on the Snowflake platform. The application is submitted via Snowflake's website and reviewed on a rolling basis. Startups accepted into the programme move at their own pace under a virtual delivery model, making participation accessible to companies globally without requiring physical relocation to a specific accelerator hub.
