CRUK is looking for novel cancer agents — small molecules, biologics, drug repurposing or other therapeutics — with supporting in vivo efficacy data, ready for preclinical development, Phase 1 trials, or early Phase 2 hypothesis-testing trials. It will not take on late-phase or Phase 3 trials, large registration trials, or trials of already-licensed drugs used alone.
