DIFC FinTech Hive AccelerateHER is a women-focused annual fintech mentorship and workshop programme launched in 2019 in the UAE. The programme has run seven editions and recorded strong participation metrics: more than 100 women participants, more than 200 mentorship pairings, and 120 workshops, including a 2023 delivery with Dubai Islamic Bank involvement. Its value is non-financial and network-oriented. Participants gain practical coaching, access to the DIFC fintech ecosystem, and exposure to industry mentors and executives across financial, insurtech, regtech, and related service areas. It is implemented as an in-kind support route rather than a direct grant award.
