Startup TRL 5-6
Helps Mid-Stage Tech Startup Program for pilot scaling and practical validation support.
Startup 2025 TRL 5-6 sits in the same federal startup track and targets Argentine technology companies that have moved beyond proof of concept. It is aimed at TRL 5 or 6, where pilot-scale prototype validation is the real task, and it uses reimbursable contributions rather than a grant. The program is designed for firms that need public capital to finish validation before commercialization. The line offers up to USD 250,000 equivalent and covers up to 80% of project cost, with 20% counterpart funding. Repayment is structured at 120% of disbursed principal over 10 years in stepped installments, with a three-year grace period. Eligible startups are scaling-capable Argentine firms no more than seven years old, and the expected result is an advanced prototype validated at pilot scale plus signed collaboration agreements. The best applicants are companies that already have a working prototype and can point to a partner or setting where the next validation step will happen. Because the financing is reimbursable, the agency is looking for more than technical promise: it wants a believable route to repayment and evidence that the product can keep moving toward market use. Collaboration agreements matter here because they show that the pilot environment is already lined up.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
