AWS's Imagine Grant (UK) is the British charity edition of the company’s nonprofit cash grant program. It serves UK-registered charities through the same annual rhythm as the US cycle, but the eligibility gate is Charity Commission registration rather than 501(c) status. Awards are denominated in US dollars on the program page. Pathfinder offers up to $100,000 in cash plus $50,000 in credits for frontier AI projects, and Go Further, Faster offers up to $50,000 in cash plus $16,000 in credits for cloud, AI, machine learning, or IoT work. The Momentum to Modernize tier is not offered in the UK cycle. The program follows two rounds each year, with Round One opening earlier in the spring and Round Two running by invitation later in the year. The best fit is a charity with a concrete technical project and a clear reason for using cloud infrastructure or AI in service delivery. Educational institutions are excluded, previous winners typically wait a year before reapplying, and the structure favors applicants who can pair public-benefit outcomes with a well-defined deployment plan.
