Grant for an International Custom Project (Subsidie voor een Internationaal Maatwerkproject)
Supports subsidy covering custom international project costs for Flemish small businesses.
Subsidie voor een Internationaal Maatwerkproject is FIT's custom internationalization grant for Flemish SMEs and business organizations whose projects do not fit the standard subsidy lines. It backs tailored export work or market-entry plans where the applicant already has a specific foreign-market objective and needs support to execute it from Flanders. The standard rate covers 50% of approved costs up to EUR 12,500, with a higher rate of 75% and a cap of EUR 18,750 for first-time or infrequent applicants with fewer than four approved FIT applications since September 2005. FIT also allows up to EUR 4,000 for personnel costs when staff carry out the project, and it caps eligible spend at EUR 25,000 before VAT. Applications are rolling through MyFIT and must land at least seven days before project start. FIT targets a decision within 75 days, and applicants cannot come back for the same project category within two years. The strongest fit is a company with a focused market plan, a target country where it has little or no sales, and enough documentation discipline to move quickly.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
