Win4Company

Win4Company is the workhorse rolling R&D aid for Walloon companies at all sizes. Industrial research projects receive a grant at 50–70% of eligible expenses depending on company size; experimental development projects receive a recoverable advance at 35–55%. Partnership bonuses of +10% (grant) or +15% (recoverable advance) apply when the project is conducted in valid partnership. Applications are accepted year-round on a continuous basis ('au fil de l'eau') with no fixed call deadline. Eligible costs cover personnel, operations, overheads, equipment, and subcontracting. Companies must have an operating site in Wallonia and be current on VAT, ONSS social security, and regional obligations.
