The Capacity Building Program targets non-R&D barriers to sector growth across seven focus areas: Market and Ecosystem Insights, Innovation Infrastructure, Access to Talent/Labour/Skills, Supportive Regulatory Framework, Inclusive Sector/Economic Reconciliation, Access to Capital, and Sustainability and Global Presence. Applications follow a two-stage process (EOI → Full Project Proposal). As of May 2026, EOIs are not being accepted.
