Applicants submit a works proposal through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal before the 2026-10-06 deadline, explaining how the project uses EU-harmonised digital infrastructure such as C-ROADS. Vehicles and vehicle equipment themselves aren't funded, only the supporting infrastructure, and projects can sit on the core, extended core, comprehensive or urban-node parts of the TEN-T network.
