CORFO Innova Región

Funds regional Chilean innovation and product development by local businesses and institutions.

CORFO's Innova Region backs Chilean businesses that want to develop or validate new or improved products, services, or processes in their home region. It sits within CORFO's regional innovation agenda and is administered through the regional CDPR structure. The Tarapaca 2026 call shows how the program is delivered at the regional level. Projects can receive up to CLP 60,000,000, with co-financing tied to company size. Micro and small enterprises can receive up to 80%, medium enterprises up to 60%, and large enterprises up to 40%. Women-led enterprises receive an additional 10 percentage points. Eligible applicants include legal entities in Chile and individuals at least 18 years old; the business must have operated for at least 18 months and show sales income in the prior 18 months. Projects must develop and operate commercially in the relevant region, and the Tarapaca call opened on 27 May 2026 and closes on 30 June 2026. The program fits companies that are beyond concept stage and ready to prove a product or process in a real operating setting. It favors applicants that can connect technical validation to regional impact, meet the sales-history requirement, and stay aligned with the local execution footprint.

Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
