Capital Semilla Emprende

Capital Semilla Emprende is SERCOTEC's flagship seed grant for aspiring entrepreneurs who have not yet registered a formal business. It provides CLP 3,500,000 per beneficiary as a non-reimbursable subsidy split between business management (CLP 200,000–500,000 for training, marketing, formalization costs) and investment in assets, infrastructure, or working capital (CLP 3,000,000–3,300,000). A beneficiary co-contribution and applicable taxes are required. Convocations are run regionally, with project criteria aligned to each region's economic priorities. The 2026 national call ran April 29 – May 13, 2026, targeting 541 beneficiaries nationwide. Applications are submitted through the SERCOTEC online portal.
