Mejora Negocios cofinances the cost of specialized technical advisory services for micro and small enterprises, helping them improve productivity and the quality of their products or services. Two tracks: standard consulting (up to CLP 400,000 for topics like digital tools, branding, IT for sales, energy efficiency) and specialized consulting (up to CLP 1,500,000 for quality certification audits, clean production, process improvement, sustainability). For certification audits, SERCOTEC reimburses up to 70% of the audit cost, capped at CLP 1,500,000. The beneficiary must contribute 10–30% of the approved SERCOTEC co-financing (the exact percentage varies by region). Eligible businesses must have iniciación de actividades in primera categoría and annual sales of 200–25,000 UF. Cooperatives with per-associate sales under 25,000 UF also qualify.
