iNNpulsa Mujeres

Funds Technical assistance and business coaching for women entrepreneurs from Colombia's popular economy and vulnerable communities.

iNNpulsa ColombiaColombiaGrant

iNNpulsa Mujeres is iNNpulsa Colombia's capacity-building route for women entrepreneurs from the popular economy and from vulnerable communities in Colombia. The program is run under the Subgerencia de Competitividad Sostenible y Territorial, within an agency that works under the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism. Its public purpose is to strengthen productive units that often sit outside formal support systems and need a tailored path into business growth. The program is open to women from the popular economy, including Venezuelan migrants, Colombian returnees, and host communities. It uses a seven-stage methodology built around diagnosis, personalised technical assistance, knowledge transfer, and a final commercialisation stage, with content that covers productive, commercial, financial, sustainability, legal, and psychosocial-gender skills. The route is designed for micro-enterprises and personal or family-scale economic units that can benefit from structured coaching rather than capital alone. The best fit is a small operator that already sells something and needs stronger management, clearer commercial discipline, and more resilient margins. Because the program combines technical and soft-skill work, applicants with household-level or community-level enterprises can use it to stabilise operations and improve income. Its value lies in repeated guidance and market access, not in a lump-sum award.
