iNNpulsa Colombia is the national entrepreneurship and innovation agency of the Colombian government, operating under the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism as an autonomous trust. Its mandate is to support reindustrialization, close social and territorial gaps, and strengthen business development, productivity, and the popular economy across Colombia.
The agency's structure spans six sub-directorates covering territorial competitiveness, business development and cooperation, entrepreneurship and productive inclusion, productivity and innovation, reindustrialization and productive linkages, and stakeholder relations. Its portfolio includes ZASCA, ALDEA+, iNNpulsa Mujeres, Oportunidades para Emprender, Sostenibilidad para la Cadena de Valor del Turismo, Territorios Clúster, Emprendimiento Digital, Fábricas de Productividad, and EnCadena.
