Entrants submit a two-page executive summary in the first round; selected finalists then write a five-page business plan and pitch the Daugherty Endowment Governance Board. The Board picks three winners each year: $25,000 for first place, $15,000 for second, and $10,000 for third; past winners cannot reapply.
