Socialfonden Plus — Social Inklusion og Styrket Arbejdsmarkedsdeltagelse
Offers municipalities a path to boost labour market participation for people excluded from work.
Socialfonden Plus - Social Inklusion og Styrket Arbejdsmarkedsdeltagelse is Denmark's national ESF+ call under Erhvervsstyrelsen, the Danish Business Authority, acting as managing authority for Danmarks Erhvervsfremmebestyrelse. The program sits in Priority 1.3 of the EU Social Fund Plus and is aimed at social inclusion and stronger labour-market participation. Its practical purpose is to help people on the edge of the labour market move into paid work through municipal projects. The call carries 79.4 million DKK in total funding, with 20.9 million DKK reserved for projects in Region Sjælland and 58.5 million DKK for the rest of the country. It is a grant program for Danish municipalities only, either individually or in consortia, and the project geography must be local or inter-municipal. Applications run from 11 March 2026 until noon on 5 August 2026, and submissions go through the TAS portal with MitID Erhverv. Projects can start on the application date and finish by 31 December 2028. The strongest proposals are likely to show practical results rather than broad policy language. The authority evaluates on results and impact, feasibility and simplification, and complementarity with communication and knowledge sharing. Projects may combine citizen preparation for employment, employer matching, and company support such as onboarding, mentor structures, and follow-up, so the fit is best for municipal teams that can tie social support to a concrete hiring pathway.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
