Denmark-USA Programme
Funds exchange visits between Danish vocational colleges and United States. community college partners.
The Denmark-USA Programme supports transatlantic cooperation within technical and vocational training, providing grants to students, teachers, and leaders from Danish vocational colleges (erhvervsskoler) to visit US community colleges and companies. American community college staff guest lecturing in Denmark are also eligible. The programme is based on a Memorandum of Understanding between the Danish Ministry of Education and the US Department of Education, originally signed in 2000 and extended several times. Application is on a rolling basis via direct contact with the responsible advisor.
