EIT Urban Mobility funds successful proposals directly, with a set ceiling per project. Proposals from a single country must still show a pan-European dimension, for example by drawing instructors and case studies from several countries or by rolling the course out to new markets once proven. Applicants submit through the EIT Urban Mobility application portal.
