Connecting Europe Facility Transport and Energy are the CINEA-administered parts of the EU's main trans-European infrastructure instrument. Transport sits under DG MOVE and supports TEN-T core network projects, while Energy sits under DG ENER and supports TEN-E, including cross-border Projects of Common Interest. CEF Digital is handled by another agency and is outside this programme.
