EIT Health Catapult

EIT Health Catapult is EIT Health's annual competition for life sciences and health tech startups in the EU and Horizon Europe associated countries. It sits with EIT Health's other business-facing routes and is built to put founders in front of investors and sector experts. The programme combines 360-degree training, supermentoring, and pitch exposure with €30,000 cash prizes for the Life Sciences and Health Tech winners, plus in-kind sponsor prizes. Eligible firms are micro or small enterprises with fewer than 50 employees, at least €500,000 in private investment or revenue in the last year, a target next round of at least €2 million, and a company age of no more than 10 years. The current cycle is between rounds after the 10th edition finals, so the route now reads as a competitive showcase for teams that already have traction.
