The Ministry of Finance runs the scheme with a total budget of 100 million euros between 2026 and 2029, funding up to 200,000 euros per applicant and covering up to 60% of the value of the investment. Applicants must put in a minimum personal contribution of 10%, reduced to 5% for entrepreneurs under 35.
