Sitra's flagship €50M programme (2026–2028) accelerates productivity transformation in Finland's public sector through data and AI. The programme supports central government bodies, municipalities and wellbeing service counties in becoming leaders in data and AI utilisation by 2030. Grants delivered through multiple competitive calls per year targeting two tracks: scaling proven solutions to at least ten new organisations, and a continuous rolling track for breakthrough reforms expected to produce at least €10M in productivity gains by 2030.
