Tesi makes minority equity investments of EUR 2–10 million in Finnish technology companies at Series A or B stage, always co-investing alongside a strong private syndicate on pari-passu terms. Typical round sizes run from EUR 5 million to tens of millions. Tesi never leads alone. Target profile is a company with a scalable business model, high-growth ambitions, a strong team, and a competent co-investor syndicate already assembled. Sector focus is primarily deep tech, clean economy, health and life sciences, defense, and digital/SaaS — but Tesi is explicitly not limited to specific themes or sectors. Engagement is rolling with no published deadlines.
