DECARB IND — Décarbonation de l'industrie sits in ADEME's France 2030 portfolio as the agency's structural grant for major industrial decarbonisation projects in France. It is built for large capex plans that can move industrial sites toward lower emissions, especially when the project is tied to a quantified GHG reduction target. The instrument is a grant, with aid requests capped at €30M and project spend above €3M.
