The European Partnership for Personalised Medicine is a Horizon Europe-supported partnership coordinated by ANR with 19 funding organisations. Its Research, Innovation and Technology Call supports human-health projects that use multimodal data for personalised medicine, especially for patients living with at least two chronic diseases. The call is transnational and grant-based, with ANR funding only the French partners. It expects a clinical partner and at least one SME or industry partner in each consortium. Exploratory, proof-of-concept, and early-stage clinical studies are eligible, while larger clinical trials are not eligible. The 2026 round carries a total budget of EUR 14.8 million and brings together 16 countries plus regional participants. Winning proposals connect data-rich medicine to a concrete clinical workflow, whether that means comorbidity detection, diagnosis and follow-up, remote monitoring during the move from in-patient to out-patient care, decision support for intervention strategies, or adherence tracking for long-term treatment. Open-access publication and Nagoya protocol compliance also matter, so the strongest teams combine a clear clinical use case with a transnational consortium that can move from data to implementation.
