Eureka Biotech Call for Projects (Appel à Projets)
Supports Multilateral biotech innovation development call for France partner countries Prêt Innovation innovation development.
The Appel a Projets Eureka Biotech sits under Bpifrance within the Eureka Network Projects framework. It finances international biotechnology collaborations that connect French companies with partners from a wider group of participating countries. The call is aimed at work in advanced bioproduction, next-generation therapies, agricultural and veterinary innovation, and advanced diagnostics. French support comes through a Prêt Innovation R&D of 50,000 to 3 million euros. The consortium must include at least one French company and one partner from a participating country, and no single country may account for more than 70 percent of the project budget. Projects can run for up to 36 months, and French applicants must be PME or ETI structures registered and operating in France. This is a good fit for teams with a genuinely international R&D plan and a budget that is balanced across partners. Submissions go through both Eureka SmartSimple and Bpifrance en Ligne, with the 2026 cycle closing on 25 September 2026. Applicants that can show a clear technical split and a credible development path are better placed than those treating the call as a simple funding route.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
