A consortium applies under the Coordination and Support Action route and must include arts and culture organisations experienced in cross-sectorial collaboration; the Commission funds at most one project from this topic. The funded project evaluates real interventions (at least one per priority area) and builds an evidence gap map, paid as a lump sum agreed at signature.
