The Commission wants a single Coordination and Support Action that fosters cooperation between the culture, health, social care, youth, education and humanitarian sectors on how arts and culture affect health and well-being. It wants the project to create a policy-discussion platform, evaluate arts-based interventions in areas like mental health, ageing and displaced people's well-being, and map research gaps.
