This is a two-stage call, with a blind-evaluated first stage before shortlisted applicants submit a full proposal. Funded Innovation Actions are expected to reach TRL 7, and at least one funded project must support recovery and upgrading of industrial infrastructure in Ukraine, provided it clears the evaluation thresholds.
