Consortia submit a Research and Innovation Action proposal by the single-stage deadline; the Commission expects to fund two projects from this topic’s budget, each reaching TRL 4-5 by the end of the project. Costs are paid as a lump sum agreed at grant signature, and funded projects report their results to the EUPI-PV partnership.
