Strengthening the capacity of citizen science in biodiversity observation

Funds one coordinating project that builds shared tools, standards and digital apps so citizen-science biodiversity data across the EU can be combined and used.

This is a single-stage Coordination and Support Action funded as a lump sum, with the Commission funding one project. The winning consortium is expected to coordinate with several existing EU biodiversity-data bodies and platforms, and to collaborate with the projects selected under two related BIODIV topics in the same call. Applications go through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.
