This is a single-stage Research and Innovation Action funded as a lump sum; the Commission expects to fund two projects. Proposals should bring together industry, researchers, SMEs and NGOs from the selected product group's value chain, and produce guidance and training material especially for SMEs. Applications go through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.
