The European Commission expects to fund two Research and Innovation Action projects, paid as a lump sum, through a single-stage call, with at least one award guaranteed to the top-ranked proposal in each use-case area. Proposals using satellite data must draw on Copernicus and/or Galileo/EGNOS.
