This call wants proposals that use AI, digital twins and IoT to build cost-effective tools optimising satellite, drone and ground-based environmental observation systems. Each proposal must pick one of two use cases: monitoring greenhouse-gas emissions in support of the Paris Agreement, or tracking ozone-depleting substances and F-gases under the Montreal Protocol.
