This is a single-stage call with one deadline, 4 November 2027, funding 3 grants from a EUR 45 million budget at a fixed EU contribution of EUR 15 million each. Applications go through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal. Participation is limited to legal entities in EU Member States and countries associated to the Euratom Programme — currently only Ukraine and Switzerland.
