Applicants submit a written account of their achievements plus a letter of support from another member of the research community, scored by an independent expert jury against two 50-point criteria. The winner receives EUR 50,000 at an award ceremony during the EDCTP Forum 2027 in Spain, paid 30 days after the ceremony.
