This is a two-stage call, with the first stage open to all applicants and a second stage for shortlisted applicants. It funds 2 grants from a EUR 24 million budget at a fixed EU contribution of EUR 12 million each. Grants are awarded not purely by ranking but to at least one top-ranked project per regional focus, so both the Continental region and the Black Sea/Pannonian/Steppic group get funded. …
