Acceleration Programme (Program akceleracije)

The HAMAG-BICRO Acceleration Programme is a publicly funded, two-year acceleration track inside Croatia's NPOO Component 1.1.2, R2-I4. It is delivered through nine selected accelerators spread across four Croatian macro-regions, so the program works as a national network rather than a single intake point. Support ranges from EUR 4,000 to EUR 27,000 per company and is tied to business consulting, mentoring, investor introductions, and related services. Innovative companies and development teams can take part, and individuals are eligible in the pre-acceleration phase before legal entity formation is required. A separate internationalization voucher route sits alongside the main program for trade missions and international events. The best fit is a founder or team that needs a structured acceleration path, not just a cash grant. Applications work best when the venture is early enough to benefit from diagnostics and mentoring, but credible enough to use investor access and the selected accelerators as a bridge into the next stage of growth.
