EIC Transition via ISERD helps teams move a previously funded EU result from proof of concept into validation in a relevant environment. It is a follow-on route for work that already came out of Pathfinder, ERC Proof of Concept, Horizon Europe Pillar 2 RIA, FET Open, or EDF funding.
